Hey guys, it’s the Lightster! You get a random fact of the day: I’m listening to The Ride by David Allen Coe (no, not Edward Allen Poe). Woot for awesome country.
I was a good Lighty and added all the kits today, despite my being sick. Yup, I have a cold again. I get them all the time in the winter, but I hate missing school days because of the make-up work, so I go to class anyways. My friends call me an overachiever, and they don’t even know I force myself to go to school when I’m sick. o.O Before I start rambling about nothing, I’ll let you know how the kit-adding went!
This was a good day for joins 
I added Inferno That Burns All, Destinykit, Shaftkit, Darkkit, Desertkit, Adderkit, Stalkkit, Fishkit, Tulipkit, Blossomkit, and I changed Wishy’s description at her request. These are the random notes:
@Palmy: Your join was awesome, and I actually added you before I saw that I hadn’t noticed an Otterkit under the Taken Names. I doubt Otterkit is still active now, but let’s play it safe. Could you choose a different name, please? Just let me know in the comments what you want it to be and I’ll add you. Thanks!
@Blanc: You made me laugh with the part about Jayfeather being a notorious emo.
@Pops: I love Adderkit’s description! He sounds so evil 8D
By the way, I want to compliment you all on your awesome names you’ve thought up. You’re all so creative! I also want to note that although I let Tigger’s name (Inferno) slide by, I don’t want a bunch of Tribe names to start popping up. So please keep that in mind in case you saw that name and started planning twenty different Tribe kits to RP.
I just want to chime in that I created my third kit ever for KitClan. I am now introducing Blossomkit, my adorable fuzzy kit who is based off of my puppy. I can’t wait to start RPing her, and it was really fun to write her description. Just thought I would let you know I now control Lightpaw, Honeypaw, and Blossomkit.
So, luck be with me, I’ll be sending out at least the Royalty staff instructions tommorow since I was lazy about that today o.O I have to keep reminding myself that once I type out those instructions, my life will be infinitely easier since they’ll be doing all the updating. I have some ideas for some new pages, but I want to get KitClan nice and settled in again before I start those. So I need to know any issues you guys need fixed at the moment and such so I can do those before I start into fun KC projects!
Finally, before I go, I just want to explain the title of this post. My best friend (she used to RP at KitClan, but hasn’t for a long time) is going out with the guy she really likes 
She’s liked him on-and-off for a year now, and they’ve finally gotten together. He asked her out after school on Monday, and it makes me really happy whenever I think about it. They’re really *cough* cute together, which I have never said about anyone else, since it sounds kind of annoying and girly. I never really understood how a couple could be “cute” until now, because they are definitely a cute couple. It’s just that you can tell they really like each other, and I can’t shut up my squeeing and awwwing when I think about it. It makes me think that if she ended up being asked out by him, I might have a chance myself with the guy I’ve liked for almost three years (a month from now, it will have officially been three years). Unfortunately for me, I only have a few months left with said guy, though: when we graduate to high school, he’ll be going to a city school 
But hey, it’s never bad to hope we’ll get together before the end of the year, right? By the way, another random fact: both my best friend’s boyfriend and my… um… crush (that sounds… I dunno… tacky) have unusual names. I would say them, but you know, they’re unusual, so it would be easier for stalkers to find me then XD Now you can go brag to your friends about how Lighty told you that the guy she likes has an unusual name.
